Hello,
Well, looks like we are going to get that last bit of winter in just a few hours.
We put in 8 new beds today and almost froze while doing so.
I have covered all my plants with a light layer of straw, just in case!
We have oregano, thyme , sage and rosemary that has already given us one good cutting. These are plants from last year.
Have about 250 or so (transplants) sitting in the greenhouse waiting for their place in the garden..........
My compost piles are cooking away and have a 40 gallon tank of compost tea that will be ready in about 2 weeks.
Gee, not much else to report, just hope we don't get up to frozen ground in the morning. I have just really had enough of winter.
IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SPRING TIME? Am I complaining? Well maybe a little..........I'll get over it.
Til later. Bea K./Sage Hill Farms. |
