What farm payments do farmers recieve from the government in America over here we are now dependent on recieving single Farm Payments from the EEC

We have purchased two new tractors here for our farm here in Ireland, One a Massey Ferguson 6490 and the other a Fendt 818 are the many of theses working over there.
