Japanese Super-market: high on natural, low on organic This large retail store in coastal Kamakura has added a large, well-labeled natural foods section. All produce is plastic wrapped, but only some of it is labeled with the Japanese certified organic “JAS” label. Some vegetable labels show the actual farms where they were grown.
