The edge of the tarp along the back end is attached to the end panel wire with plastic cable ties, and the tarp at the front edge of the awning is attached to the 1X2 extensions with screws and washers. The shelf next to the door will hold a 5 gallon bucket which will supply a water trough inside the hoop house.
Drill a 1/2 inch hole in each end of each runner. Tie an 18 foot length of rope to the end of one runner. Thread a 3-foot section of old hose onto it for a grip, and tie it to the other runner at the same end. Repeat on the other end so you can scoot the house forward or backward.
The ropes are long enough to give you pull, rather than lift, power -- and you can tuck them up over the roof to keep them out of your way when not in use. By standing inside the rope and resting my behind against the hose section I can scoot a 2-cattle panel hoop house along by myself reasonably easily using my weight rather then brute strength.
